Excellent tool in knee joint pain wellness. Use it to start the day for 15 minutes. It really helps loosen my joints to aid in better mobility with less pain. I absolutely love this machine.

Good addition to workout

I'm enjoying the plate so far. It was purchased as an addition to current workout. I'm 66 and starting to experience a little joint pain. My husband has neuropathy in his feet. Hopefully this will make a difference.
