I just received the plate TY today and did warm up and some next step trials. Like it so far. Will hit it in morning.

I have used it twice for 15 minutes while resting my feet on the platform. It is great for increasing circulation. I look forward to using it more.

I've only tried it twice. I used a low setting as advised, but I still felt it working my muscles. I think it will be great as I ramp up the power.

Seems good at the moment, time will tell. Easy to use and has eased my back ache after about a week of use.

I’ve had my waver plate for 5 days and I’m in love. I’ve set it up at the end of my couch and use it twice a day. My legs feel better already. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a month!

Just tried it the first time and am impressed. Worked better on a solid surface than a carpeted on.
