Just received the plate the other day and so far, we love it. Already has helped with getting movement in right away in the morning and also with some lower back discomfort. Excited to see the long-term results!

With the weather so cold it’s nice to exercise at home and not have to get out in the weather. My first time trying it I really felt it. I think I’m really going to enjoy this vibration plate. Im glad I bought it.
