Loving My Plate So Far

I just started using my LIfepro Vibration Plate and so far I really like it! I'm hoping to add it to my regular workout schedule to increase bone density, and alleviate joint discomfort :)

Start Slow

So far it's been great. I needed to start slow and sit while using it the first three times and have since been able to stand for three mins at a time. I have enjoyed it and my husband has as well. Hopefully we will see some changes over the next several weeks.
