LifePro Waver Vibration Plate - First Impressions

I’ve only used the LifePro Waver Vibration Plate once, but I’m already impressed! It’s easy to set up and operate, and the vibrations feel effective without being overwhelming. Even after just one session, I can see the potential for improving circulation and muscle recovery.
Looking forward to exploring all the settings and features, but so far, it seems like a great investment for wellness and fitness!

I just purchased this yesterday. I have lower back and hip problems. Arthritis they say. I am hoping this machine will help. I have used it twice now and what I can say is, it doesn't hurt. It actually feels kind of nice once you get passed the being nervous part. I think it will help loosen up my stiff joints in time. Its a keeper!

Two or three years ago I bought the larger vibration platform and I like it a lot, but I was very interested in the waver also, So, I bought it a few months ago and put it in my bedroom. I love being able to work out or just stand on it before going to bed. It really relaxes me.
