Feels great; so far so good! However, today is day 1 of using the waver vibration plate. Let's give it time to "work" and I'll come back with another review later in a few weeks or so. One thing to note so far it does seem that powerful at speed 99 but maybe it's designed that way! No complaints as again it's only day 1

I had a knot in my low back today , I thought just try it. So, as uncomfortable as I was on got on my waver and stayed on for 15 minutes. My back feels way better. Unreal!! Thank you

Quiet and Effective!

Just started with my first-time Waver vibration plate. I was expecting it to be noisy, but it's actually extremely quiet even on highest settings. Just started so don't know effectiveness, but sure helps to "shake out" stiff muscles and tired legs. Time will tell on other benefits.
