My physical therapist at our local VA ordered this for me in hopes that it would help alleviate pain and inflammation, and help to calm my overactive nervous system. I am on day 3 of using my vibration plate and am noticing a decrease in body tension and aching in my legs and feet.

Does exactly what i was expecting, I have heavy often swollen legs and I’ve noticed a difference in a week. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and it has helped for that too. I’m starting mildly and slowly building up resistance as to not provoke a flare-up. 10-15 mins moring and evening. Wish i would have found out about this product a long time ago.
