My husband gave the waver to myself and my sons (both football players) for Christmas. We’ve all already done it and LOVE this!!! Will be in rotation for sure.

Just got it, but so far so good. Kinda exhausted after just using it for 15 minutes. I guess I'll have to wait and see if I can get out of bed in the morning.
Trying to heal chronic back pain and build core strength. Fingers crossed!
