I have been utilizing lymphatic massage for a few years, but recently purchased vibration plate. I feel like this can get to the deeper areas of congestion and has been beneficial in adding to my daily routine. I enjoy meditating on the plate as well to get my morning off to a great start. It is great for exercise to burn extra calories as well as relaxation for calming down sore muscles and relaxing the mind.

I received my waver vibration plate last week. I bought it for lymphatic drainage, arthritis, and to add variety to my workouts. I have been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the last 30 plus years. I have had some spinal and hip injuries. I am looking forward to using this to help with my issues.

I love this vibration plate for helping me move my stagnant lymph. Also to help target inflammation specifically in my knee. Looking forward to unlocking its full potential

Easy to use. Only complaint is the roller bolt wasn’t fastened so the roller fell apart when unpacking.
