Just tried it. Pleasantly surprised

I am in middle age and have two bad knees from athletics in my much younger years. Needless to say I am overweight and out of shape now. Exercise is complicated due to my knee problems. I was skeptical the Waver would be useable for me and very cautious. I was surprised to feel muscle groups I've not used in a long time being activated and I'm encouraged at the lack of pain overall.

Surprisingly efficient

Gifted this plate for Christmas and got it out today feeling pretty dubious. It reminded me of the vibration strap machine seen from the 1950s and I wasn't prepared to give it much credit. I did a little research and became intrigued and today I found I was surprised to actually break a sweat using it despite the workout not being tons of strain on my very bad knees. I'm excited now to see how things go. I definitely am feeling muscle groups I've not consciously identified in quite a while.

I love the Waver. It has a low profile and fits into my living room so I can hop on and be looking out the windows or watching tv... and it is quiet! I can already feel the difference in my legs and my lymph system. This is a keeper!
