Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On

While I just got started I can sense that with continued use: (1) my calves will get a much needed work out, (2) my upper back has already loosened up, (3) blood circulation will improve, (4) I’ll regain better balance, and (5) neuropathy will decline. Hey maybe I’ll learn Tahitian dance too! Likely buy one for my brother.
