I've only had the Waver Vibration Plate for a week and amd just learning how to use it. Looking forward to working the exercises into my routine.

Felt a workout in one use!

I just broke my Waver vibration plate out of the package and used it 5 min to start out slow, as recommended. My hips felt sore as they would after a 45 min brisk walk and I was on level 1!
I will update as i got this for lymphatic flow and circulation. We shall see what all changes!
