Only have been using the Vibration plate for 4 days, so not really able to give a review on reliability of plate or effects of use.
However, so far have been pleased with standard of build - it seems very sturdy and well made, and it has been easy to use.

I’ve only used it twice and it seems to work well. My only complaint would be that you can’t get into manual mode with the remote.
