Way less back pain!

I suffer from chronic pain, and using this for 15 minutes the last few days has made a huge improvement to my back and shoulder/neck pain. I'm so excited to see what other changes start to happen over time. I'm already noticing my balance and digestion improving

Just received plate today, and did an initial test run of about 15 minutes. So far so good, looking forward to using it daily if possible and seeing how its benefits unfold over time.
