I am a senior citizen and hoped to use the vibration plate to keep my muscles limber and my blood circulating. The vibration was too stressful on my joints. Might be good for younger people, but not for me.

Haven’t really used it yet, but they’re forcing me to do a review before I can register the product. Kinda stupid, as they should be two separate processes. Anyway, I liked the one my friend had, which is why I bought my own. Unless it turns out to be defective, I’m sure I’ll like mine as well.
