Good So Far

I have only had the unit for about a week, so I don't have a lot to say yet. My massage therapist talked about using a vibration plate to help with joint problems that I have. Mostly I swim for exercise with a little tai chi thrown in, but I have been looking for something to help with bone density and joint pain relief. So far so good. Looking forward to using it every day and see what happens.

Vibration Plate versus Medication

I got this vibration plate for Christmas. It’s Valentine’s Day and I finally plugged it in. I’m excited to see if the plate can help me fight some health issues I have. Someone recommended this plate to me. I’ll report back later. :)
