Just opened up the waver today. The packaging was great, very secure, and not harmed in anyway. The literature was easy to read and to use. First day using , used in the sitting position, and I believe this will play a vital role into becoming more active.

Easy to use and no set up necessary.

This seems like a great product but I sure would like some instructional videos. Having trouble registering on the website. See all the sales stuff but no using the device help.

Easy to start. I definitely feel my muscles are working hard while using the plate. Muscles that I perhaps don’t use with yoga.
