great device

Has taken the swelling out of my legs and ankles in a week. I played golf today and was as limber as year ago/ i will keep using the device. very relaxing. use it to get me moving in the morning and and to p re[are for bed at night.

I have only used it once as I just purchased it. I’m hoping it works on my lymphatic system. Also looking forward to working out on it also.

Waver Vibration Plate - We used one at our Chiropractor Office and decided to invest in one. It seems to help with our back, neck and leg issues

Get the Waver!

I recently purchased the waver and used it a few times. I have done squats on a low setting starting with 2 minutes and have worked my way up to 5 minutes. I feel my legs are tired and I have better sleep. I look forward to working on other exercises on the waver plate and then end with a massage on my calves.
