The best thing ever!!

The waver plate is the beat thing I have spent money on.. after a lomg day my feet hurt ans I just spent 15 minutes on the wager plate and my feet feel so much better!

I have only used it 6 or 7 times, sitting down and have increased the vibration to 40. It is surprising that it seems to have already helped with the peripheral neuropathy pain in my feet. I actually was able to get sleep on the 5th night without using magnesium lotion to dull the discomfort. I am hoping for the best and look forward to using the preprogrammed workouts.
