This Lifepro red light therapy belt is absolutely awesome! It's a total game-changer for recovery, effectively alleviating joint stiffness and reducing muscle inflammation. Only using <1 week! Instructions are thorough and all parts included, but my remote is different than that in the video. Video never mentions you can wear belt directly over skin.

This was a gift from my daughter. This gift releived my back pain. I'm so gteatful for it. I use it 3 times a day. My dog chewed my cord and they honored a replacement.
