I use the allevared belt as needed for my back and knee pain. It works very quickly. I often only need 1-2 treatments as long as I start using it at the first sign on pain. One of best investments I have made.

I love this belt and started to results after a few times using it. I would highly recommend buying this belt. It definitely helps pain in joints as well.

I love it, but I would have paid more to have the battery pack included instead of having to buy it separately. I hardly sit down and had to sit to plug it in. Definitely buying the battery pack.
