Tried a friend’s belt on my elbow once and the next day noticed such a difference! The swelling and pain had improved with just one use! Bought my own that day and love it!!

Just received yesterday and used it once so far. Easy to use except you have to be near an outlet for power. I ordered the powerbank but have not received it yet. Once the powerbank is received I can be more mobile while using the belt.
