It arrived when foretold. Unboxing was easy, assembly was straight forward, and it works well, so far. Praying for better longevity than other brands I've tried. Construction of the Alleva Red Pro appearss better than the other brand I've tried.

Using in morning and evenings, with vibration plate or while reading. I was a little disappointed when I first opened up the box because I thought it was wireless. Thankful the micro-usb option to add to a battery pack to allow for more movement.

I have a long-standing neck injury, and using the red-light on the muscles has helped immensely! I've only used it a few times with good results, so I'm hopeful for continued improvement!
