Instant relief

This provides instant relief! The only thing that would make it better is if I could be mobile and be able to walk around and not have to stay stationary to be plugged in

My knee and my upper hip were hurting and the infrared belt is really helping. I use it 20 minutes and I also use the vibration setting as well.
