I am still waiting for the 3rd belt I ordered. I've opened one and tried it out, seems to work well. I could not get the receipt to load to their site to authorize my warranty. I ordered from the company because of great reviews from family.

I love lifepro products. I have several and excited to add more. The AllevaRed Pro l8ght therapy belt is just what I needed. I use it relaxing while watching tv. Already seeing a difference in my back pain
