I've purchased the vibration plate and then the red light therapy belt within a couple of weeks of each other. I try to use both everyday with only missing it a day or two in the last 3 weeks since purchasing. One of these things if not maybe both really seem to be helping with my knee issue. I'm getting increased movement and less pain in my knee. I look forward to shaking things up and getting my blood circulation moving with the vibration plate and then resting with the therapy belt everyday.

My AllevaRed Light Therapy Belt arrived! It was super easy to get started with the Quick Start Guide. I did my first 10 min RED & NIR treatment same day for my lower back and did another 10 min session the following morning. I had tweaked my back last week and it's been feeling much better, but by adding the Red Light therapy as maintenance 2-4x a week should hopefully ward off those occasional mini-tweaks of pain and soreness in the future.
