Red light therapy belt

I honestly had pretty low expectations for this red light therapy belt but after one use I had drastically less lower back pain in the morning when I woke up. I’ve also been using it for muscle recovery after workouts and it’s helping a lot!

So far so good! I haven’t noticed major change but feels relaxing! Warm and I have felt my skin a bit smoother.. we shall wait and see!

The belt didn't last for too long ,they had to replace it
