Combination of dual frequency red-light. Works for my lower back in conjunction with physical therapy. Appreciate the expansion belt for perfect placement.

I was using this every night before bed but have now changed this to mornings when I am getting ready. I am only two weeks in and using it consistently with my vibration plate and sauna blanket and loving it
