Just received my belt, honestly I can not wait to start using it. I've done so much research on red light therapy. It came so fast and packaging was spectacular

I've purchased the vibration plate and then the red light therapy belt within a couple of weeks of each other. I try to use both everyday with only missing it a day or two in the last 3 weeks since purchasing. One of these things if not maybe both really seem to be helping with my knee issue. I'm getting increased movement and less pain in my knee. I look forward to shaking things up and getting my blood circulation moving with the vibration plate and then resting with the therapy belt everyday.
