Best vibration play

Wasn’t sure if I would like it, but it has so many uses. My husband has severe neuropathy and sits in a chair with his feet on the plate. Helps his circulation. I like watching various videos on Utube for ideas while on the plate.

I had trouble for a while with it making frequent signal sounds. I have it on carpet with pad and also on the pad included under it to protect carpet. The sounds stopped when I removed the pad. Thinking the extra cushion made it signal that it was off balance. Just thought I would let you know incase anyone else has this complaint. I do love using it and it helps my balance and rehab after knee replacement.

Great for mobility and lower back

I use this daily for leg cramps due to nerve damage from an injury years ago. It had helped me recover my balance, helps with circulation, back pain, active stretching, warming up, and recovery from heavy lifting and martial arts. For me, it's become an important part of my exercise routine and was worth every penny.
