I was hesitant to buy the 4D version but I’m glad I did! It has so many options and programs. It’s also larger than expected and very sturdy.

I absolutely love this machine!! It has helped my overall “glow.” I’ve added it to my routine for tight fascia and support of lymphatic flow and it’s been so helpful. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone!

Feels good for drainage and relaxation on a normal day. Surprisingly impactful on not so normal days… I got sick just after delivery and found this to be key in keeping congestion from a sinus infection at bay. Excited to see what other unexpected benefits come along with my vibration plate!

We have had for 2 weeks. Things we have experienced on the machine is ichying. Which I know means circulation. Also, a little sore when we do squats etc on it, which is what we want! Want to work these muscles. Also, makes us have to go pee. Great thing because they tells us its moving things!
