New to vibration plates

After deciding to get a vibration plate and much research, I decided on the Rumblex Plus. I am still learning but so far am very happy with my purchase. Pretty quiet as advertised (noisier at the faster levels but tolerable) and overall a quality product. I’m excited to keep learning and incorporate this into my fitness and recovery routine.
