Just got it today, but very happy with it so far. My son is a PT and is impressed with it and thinking of recommending it to one of his patients who was inquiring about vibration plates.

Great way to help your lymphatic system and bone density! I've been using a normal vibration plate for the last year and updated to the Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate.

I just opened the box and took it out. I like that it has a wrist remote and a yoga type pad to go under it for stability and or noise. I can update the review once I use it a few times. Il
