I haven’t had a chance to fully test this thing out yet,, but you definitely will feel the work out and itch a lot,, but from what I hear that’s a good thing

Setup the Rumblex Plus 4D and completed my first vibration exercise. No issues and worked as expected. Looking forward to the results after extended use. Product is sturdy and quiet. So far so good!

Have not been able to use a lot yet, I have vertigo badly right now but I have tried it. I think I will be fine once the symptoms for vertigo subside some. I used a chair to hold onto for now hopefully I don’t have to always, either way I am going to enjoy this plate one way or another. Thanks so much, Yvonne Aguiar

One of the settings is really loud and I'm trying to figure it out. but all in all, I will just wait and see how it goes.
