Knowing very little about vibration plates caused me to worry about the level of difficulty I might experience in purchasing and using one. Lifepro has completely eased my worry. They have developed a very user-friendly technology and provide support on top of that.

This plate helps me out a lot when it comes to working out and working on my balance. I've also been it for recovery and it's been working wonders.

With all the same old exercise equipment, like bands or free weights, changing things up can be difficult. With this new equipment I can get excited about trying new activities and challenging myself in new ways

Hope For Better Health

Just received my new Rumblex Plus 4 D Vibration Plate , So excited to see what this Beautiful Machine will do for my Health! I have had Both Hips replaced, I have bad knees, I have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis. Had Bicep/Rotator Cuff surgery this past year from a fall.. & I sit too much with my job ! Would also Love to loose some weight! So hopefully things will get better as the year goes on!
