The product was a bit harder than I thought to get going. It works great. But that remote.... Not so great. Can't get half the buttons to work. Going to try again today just in case it was user error. If it still won't work, will be having to reach out to get a replacement.

I’ve been eyeballing a vibration plate for a while now, not sure if it was worth the investment. I saw a nutritionist I follow who specializes in a health condition I have post a review on one, and it gave me a little more confidence that this would be a beneficial purpose for me. She highlighted the benefits of lymphatic movement/detox and helping to increase movement in your body. She’s not an influencer by any means, and does not promote links to products, only things she finds beneficial in her journey towards a healthier lifestyle living with Gilbert’s syndrome. I tried it on a low setting for 10 minutes while I was standing at my desk for work, and I can say it helped to alleviate some lower back pain I was having. So I would say already it’s proving useful. Hoping it stays that way!
