Knee pain greatly relieved

At 75, my chronic right knee is painful even in bed. During the day if feels like a tourniquet is on my knee, limiting blood supply. After 1 treatment, my pain was greatly reduced. It came back next day, and another treatment mostly put it away. After 4 days I feel like both legs have been exercised heavily (a good thing) and the knee pain at a minimum. This is when only using the machine for 15 minutes at powers 1-10 of 60. Its really really great. So glad I purchased it.

Can’t review yet bc haven’t used it much. Wish it came with instructions on the programs to use for beginners that are fitting for different physical needs.

This machine came highly recommended by a good friend. I have just received it, but the heft and quality seems to be substantial. I look forward to using it for a long time to come. More to follow after I've used it for a while.

My rumbled just came in and I’m loving it so much. I really like to take long walks and the rumbles helps with any soreness afterwards. It feels like the constant knots in my calves are finally loosening up. Wished I’d know about the product sooner.

A Great Addition to My Wellness Routine

I love my vibration plate! I feel stronger and that my balance is better. I’ve noticed I sleep better if I spend a few minutes on it before bed. Hopefully I will see bone density improvements with my next DEXA scan.
