Go to for many years now!

If you don't have one of these -- get one! I have had mine for many years so much the power button has worn out. I use this a few times per week to work out OR just to stand on. Helps to move lymph and sometimes bowels if needed ;) I can't say if it's increasing my bone density yet, time will tell but another great perk of having one of these handy. Lifepro is a great company too, all of their products are excellent!

I absolutely love using the vibration plate! A little "me time" while I'm doing something amazing for my body! It's so important to get our lymphatic system moving, and this is a perfect way to do that any time of the day inside your home! I recommend it so often to others!

I did not think it would work for me. Boy! was I wrong. I have been so proud to have had my life turned around with just a short sessions or a long ones when I can. I works around your busy life and changes your life before you know it. Thank you Lifepro!

Today is the first day I got this vibration plate. I tried for 10 mins and felt the workout majorly in the stomach and lower the body. I will recommend this product to my friends. :)
