I've only had the machine for a few days, but I'm thrilled with the quality of the product so far, and I greatly appreciated the clear, simple directions for set-up and operation. I also love the unique and highly effective workouts that I am getting in just a "super easy to commit to" 10 minutes. I feel great already and can't wait to see what results can be achieved over the next few months. Thanks, lifepro!

Loving the Rumblex Plus

I used my vibration plate for the first time yesterday. Woke up this morning with muscle pain in both thighs. I guess I haven’t worked these muscles in a very long time. Got right back on my Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate feeling good.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. Woke up this morning with thigh muscle tendeness. This vibration plate really worked my muscles. Just used it again. Such a good overall feeling!
