I have had my Rumblexplus for 4 days now and have used it every day. The instructions to get started were simple and effective. I have tried each of the 3 programs and have done some workouts I found on YouTube. So far so good!

LifePro adds extra value by sending tips, tricks, and instructional videos when you register your email. These resources have helped me explore different ways to use the vibration plate effectively.
Since I started using it, my balance has improved, my legs, abs and arms have gotten stronger, and I have more energy overall. This is a great option for anyone who struggles with traditional exercise .
I also love that it includes resistance bands and a small workout mat, adding even more versatility to my routine. I highly recommend this vibration plate!
