The RumblexPlus 4D vibration plate model is superbly engineered, well worth its high price. Its very wide frequency range and 3 vibration/oscillation modes make it very effective as an exercise machine.

I’ve been using the LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate consistently 3 times a day for about 4–5 minutes each session, working my way up to 10 minutes. Even with shorter sessions, I’ve already noticed less stress, better sleep, and a general boost in how I feel. The vibrations are powerful but gentle, and the machine is quiet, sturdy, and super easy to use. It’s quickly become a favorite part of my daily routine!

I’ve been asked to review this product first before I have access to the free workout videos.
I’ve only used it twice and so I do not have much to say other than it’s very user friendly so far and i like the way my body feels after two sessions.

I’m 330 lbs and this thing vibrates so good I’m sore.
I’m hoping it helps me recover from workouts more quickly and flush my lymphatic system. Love this thing!!
