I have only used my vibration plate twice but I am impressed already. I have a lot to learn. I have been going to the gym and cycling but needed something that would take me to the next level. I am engaging in healthy aging. I think this product will help me.

I have been using for a little over a week and am very happy with my Rumblex Plus 4D. In fact, 2 of my friends have already ordered because they tried mine. I run a program first thing in the morning and then again in the evening. Feels so good!
