Leg relief

Purchased it for relief of leg and knee stiffness. I find it is very effectlve at loosening them up and plan to explore other exercises for other body oarts. Quite satisfied.

My husband and I both absolutely love this vibration plate. I have been an avid long distance walker but have never developed muscle like I have with this vibration plate. It is also helped my husband tremendously relieve the pain and tingling in his legs.

I got this for my grandma and she absolutely loves it, I just got it set up and she tried it out and can’t wait to learn more. My papaw also likes it. Safe to say she’s going to be doing this every morning!

Bone density machine

It has been challenging for me to find workout videos for my Rumblex 4D Plus. I bought it mostly to increase bone density. The manual doesn’t indicate the settings for 25-30 hz, the setting I need for bone density. I saw an ad for purchasing an additional membership to access workout programs etc. I think it’s a bit ridiculous that the program isn’t available for free with the purchase of the LifePro equipment. There was even a link to take me to workouts but that only led me to a catalog of LifePro products. I think that’s misleading. Otherwise I’m very happy with the product. I would like to see some free workout videos for bone density and lymphatic drainage that are from qualified trainers.
