looks good but havent had much chance yet to put it to good use

Its a very sturdy piece of kit and seems to cover all basis.
theres a couple of screws missing down the sides which doesn't seem to affect how it works and also it rattles making me think the screws are lose inside but I've no way of knowing.

I’ve been using my LifePro vibration plate for a little while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the vibrations feel great after long days or long drives. I’ve noticed better circulation and less stiffness, and the different intensity levels make it simple to dial in exactly what I need. Definitely worth the purchase.

It is more than just the simple vibration plates out there. It has multiple options as well as programs built in. I feel it is the best on the market for the price point. I am happy with my purchase. Working on making it part of my routine.

I bought a Rumblex Plus 4d vibration plate and it has helped me recover from my fitness workouts and also noticed that it relaxes me and relieves stress. I am so happy with my Rumblex Plus.

So far, great. I've been sedentary for a while now due to some medical issues. Time to get moving and this thing is helping already. I love the ease of use and the way it keeps my body moving. Still exploring it.
