Great Workout Aid

Loving my Rumblex so far! I’ve been stretching on it and using it to enhance my workouts-including doing some Qigong exercises which is also improving my balance. My joints are feeling better, and even in just a week, my flexibility is improved!

Initial reaction was questionable as a grey disc was detached and the black mat was raised from the platform. Reattached both and have used intermittently. Good this far.
