I am really enjoying my Rumble Plate so far! Great way to start and end my day! My husband enjoys using it too, and he is already noticing a difference in how he is sleeping.

Seems good. Disappointed in the information about exercises included with the vibration plate. I'm trying to find exercise information on this website, but they want me to register first. Now, I need to write a review. Maybe I can change this to an actual review after I find exercises and try the plate out.

Awesome machine

I've had the Rumblex Plus for a couple of weeks now and I love it. There wasn't musch assembly, just adding the bands to the bottom of the machine and then flipped it back over and plugged it in. I love all of the different modes and options you have. I look forward to using it for many years to come.

The reason I purchased this piece of equipment is for several health benefits for me. I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and I am going to do everything with my strength to reverse this autoimmune issue. I thank God for the knowledge nuggets. I studied this product and compared your product to other vibration plates. I love your product.
