I just got this. I held a squat for 45 secs on the 4D setting at level 20 to test it out and my heart rate jumped to 111. It definitely increases the effects of a workout!

It's Early Days Yet, but...

I just got and registered my machine today and I must say that it is very sturdy! It seems very well made and its size is awesome, along with the variations in vibrations. The wristwatch-style remote is really nice, especially when you're real new at it and bending over to change any settings is still a little out of your comfort zone. I'm really hoping using this machine can help with a few different health issues I'm dealing with. I think improved circulation will probably be very helpful!

I just took it out of the box and love the color, size, and ease of being able to move wherever I need it to be. I'm reading the instructions on how to use it.

I just took it out of the box and am excited to start using it. I love the size of it and the fact that It's pretty easy to move with the two wheels underneath on the right side, and a handle on the left side to guide the vibration plate.
