Literally just unboxed it. Got on and did 10 minutes. Took it up to the highest setting and dropped it back down to a lower setting so I could feel the difference in where I place my feet. By the time my 10 minutes were up my calves, thighs and butt were burning. I think doing this every day for a month will definitely be noticeable in my health and figure. Time will tell. Keep you posted!

After 1 use, I was able to sleep with less pain. The vibration helped to loosen all my tight muscles. I’m excited to try it longer term.

I just received my product & this review is required right after registration so I can only speak to its functionality. I won't know how effective it is for my health & fitness until I've used it for a time and have had a chance to view the exercise videos. I'd recommend sending a request for a review 3-4 weeks later instead of linking it with registration.
