So far so great

So far so good. I've had my eye on one of these for a year now and many recommended lifepro to me. I was thinking originally of getting one to add another tool to help with my back recovery but I was also interested in lymphatic drainage help and strengthening.
I love the multiple options on type of movement. My favorite so far is the pulsation first thing in the morning and right before bed. I notice it really helps my body relax and get out of fight/flight and added bonus has kept my sinuses clearer.
I've only had the product about two weeks but I've already noticed a couple of things.
Less stressed, muscles in my legs and hips are getting firmer again (on top of regular workouts) and the damaged nerve in my leg from my back injury is less spicy, especially I have noticed the bottom of my foot not as sore as it used to be and it's another tool that assists in my pain management. I'm really liking this so far and wish I would have gotten one sooner!

This is a heavy duty vibration plate. Definitely built better then the previous one we were borrowing. You definitely feel it in more muscles.

Help for lymphedema and sciatica

I haven’t been using it for long yet to see the longterm results; however, the temporary relief it provided after one 10 minute session was surprising. I felt less pain and heaviness in my legs and lower back. I’m excited to see how consistent exercise with this machine improves my pain going forward.
