I've had my Rumblex Plus just a few weeks & try to use it twice daily. It has 3 pre-programmed sessions that I'll rotate using. I will also select from multiple manual options. The wrist controller is VERY useful if you need to pause or change your session.
I bought this after it was recommended by a family member. I sit all day at work & have a lot of fluid in my lower legs & ankles by the end of the day. I also have 2 types of arthritis &, so far, all is great.
There are numerous video showing you different uses, from pre-workouts to workouts using the machine, & post workouts. Also uses for those of us with health issues & modifications when standing can be an issue. I've enjoyed it so far & look forward to learning how to use it in other ways, specially lymphatic.

The entire family has started using the Rumblex from day one. I’ve started using it daily and already see the difference in the way my clothes fit. I’m glad the way the Rumblex makes it easy to fit exercise into our lives.
